📍 Last-Mile Delivery
Once your package reaches its destination country, it may be transferred to a local courier for final delivery.
Depending on the destination and courier, this final stage may require an additional 1–3 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available or update after shipment.
Some international shipments may display multiple tracking stages or numbers as the package moves from an international carrier to a local delivery partner.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, city, state/province, country, and contact information before completing your order.
Vessa Bags cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at support@vessabags.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you before the order is processed, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
Vessa Bags does not control customs charges or processing times. Customs requirements vary by country, so we recommend checking your local regulations if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.
Multiple Packages
In some cases, items from the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in separate packages.
If this happens, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment. There is no additional shipping charge for separately shipped packages when free shipping applies to your order.
